REFUND POLICY

Please read this policy carefully. This is the Refund Policy of Ice Pop University/Feverish Pops/Blerd Factory LLC.

Unless otherwise stated on a specific product’s sales page, we don't issue refunds for direct digital downloads:

for books—within 14 days of the original purchase of the product
for digital courses—within 3 days of purchase
for online programs such as Ice Pop University Course 4 Week Course—within 24 hours of purchase if the portal has not been accessed

LIVE COURSES

For in person events, in person consulting and workshops 100% refund 30 days or more, 15 days or more prior to event 50% refund, 15 days or less you will receive a credit equal to 25% of purchase prices to use towards consulting or future events. No refunds or credits for cancelations 5 days or less from live course.
